FAQ'S

What kind of care is offered?

Mary, Mother of God Children's Home will provide the basic care that every child deserves: food, shelter, clothing, healthcare, and religious instruction. The home is designed with both daily care and study materials to prepare the children for a learning environment. Our staff will also strive to provide the attention, affection, love, and spiritual support needed to ease the burden the children feel growing up without loving parental care.

What Ages Will You Care For?

The home will accept displaced children from 3 to 9 years old. This age range more readily accepts proper instruction and is the most vulnerable group in many communities.  We will someday care for approximately 60 children, but we will begin with the admission of 20 and our commitment will be that they remain in our care as there is a need and as they grow.  By the grace of God, the success of the program will give them the best chance at a successful, faith-filled future.

Where Are the Children Now?

The applicants are currently being cared for by government social agencies, local charities or extended family. A small staff has been put in place by Father to begin preparations for receiving the first children when the orphanage is ready and all approvals are given. We pray the day will arrive very soon with the help of our Blessed Mother, the outpouring of prayers and the continued generosity of donors.
